Your key task is to strengthen Testmill’s commercial operations, grow the customer base and lay the foundations for the expansion of international business. At the same time, you will ensure that the company’s operational activities, client projects and expert organisation function in line with the objectives.

Your key areas of responsibility are:

  • developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • developing international business and planning market entry strategies
  • management of the company’s operational activities
  • managing an expert organisation and a partner network
  • monitoring of the finances, business operations and key performance indicators, and reporting to the Board of Directors

Testmill is an organisation of around 12 experts, whose operations are complemented by an extensive network of partners. The role emphasises the ability to align specialist expertise with business objectives and to lead operations with a practical approach.

What we’re expecting

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in technical B2B sales, business development and building client relationships. We value experience in driving growth and the ability to act as a liaison between technical experts, clients and owners.

What we’d like from you:

  • evidence of securing new clients and growing the business
  • experience of managing customer relationships in a challenging operating environment
  • the ability to lead a small specialist organisation in a goal-oriented and practical manner
  • an understanding of key financial and business indicators, as well as reporting skills
  • fluency in Finnish and English

Experience in testing, inspection, certification, the automotive sector, construction machinery or other technically demanding business areas, as well as in the development of international sales, is considered an advantage.
