I have more than twenty years of experience in various management positions. As CEO and Commercial Director, I have been involved in the restructuring of several companies and industries (e.g. Carat Finland, Alma Media, Terveystalo).
I have solid experience of leading a range of businesses, particularly in commercial development. Change, however, always starts with people, which is why I find helping companies and people through executive search such meaningful work.
I have worked in executive search since 2022 and have completed around 100 search assignments.
