I have more than twenty years of experience in various management positions. As CEO and Commercial Director, I have been involved in the restructuring of several companies and industries (e.g. Carat Finland, Alma Media, Terveystalo).

I have solid experience in managing different types of businesses, especially in commercial development. However, change always starts with people and that is why I find helping businesses and people through direct searches a meaningful job.

I have been carrying out direct logging since 2022 and in total I have carried out around 100 direct logging projects.
