I am a well-established and respected senior consultant with solid and extensive experience of leadership and change management in everything from complex global organisations to government agencies. Over the years, I have worked closely with businesses with different cultures, driving forces and challenges, which has given me a broad understanding of both strategic and operational perspectives. This breadth allows me to meet leaders and organisations where they are and contribute with business-oriented support that develops both leadership and the business.
I have coached several hundred leaders at various levels. As a coach, I help you to clarify your own thinking, create clarity and find the courage and confidence to explore new paths. Together, we build a safe and non-judgmental space for reflection, perspective change and strategic development that leads to real, sustainable change.
