I have several years of experience in HR management positions (Lassila & Tikanoja, Posti Oyj) as well as in resource, production planning and project management positions (L&T, Suomen Lähikauppa) and in leading large change projects. In these positions I gained a very strong understanding of the roles with a particular focus on performance and productivity efficiency.
At Posti Oyj, I was also responsible for Procurement and Responsibility.
I've been direct logging since 2021 and in total I've carried out around 200 direct logging projects, mostly at C -level.
