I have extensive management experience, both from a national volunteer organization and from running the Finnish unit of an international listed company. My most recent management roles have been in the coaching field, as a project manager responsible for the coaching concept and as the CEO of a pioneering company in the field.
I have been working as a management coach, work supervisor, trainer, and sparring partner since 2008, and as an entrepreneur since 2013. I have accumulated over 3,000 hours of coaching experience. My first book, Moninaisuuden johtaminen – ytimessä johtajan itsetuntemus (Managing Diversity – Self-Awareness at the Core of Leadership) (2016), describes both my area of specialization as a coach and my goal of deepening the Finnish leadership debate on diversity and conscious leadership.
My clients are at different stages and crossroads in their leadership journeys. I also enjoy working with management teams. My coaching style is highly present, intuitive, and integrates several methods. I am a pioneer in the field of coaching, having trained extensively in several methods and models that support coaching work, such as Personal Resilience, Team Synergy, Meta Skills, and Inner Development Goals.
I am Finland's first Right Use of Power trainer and a member of the board of the Right Use of Power Institute in Colorado. One of my key goals is to increase leaders' awareness of power and responsible influence.
My values are: Love, diversity, self-awareness, and responsible, conscious action.
