I am a Finnish-American leadership and AI transformation expert with over 20 years’ experience in global organisations, talent and change management, and AI strategy.
My background is in the maritime industry, where I worked as a development manager and was a pioneer in the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as in the development and management of large-scale projects. I have lived in Miami since the 2000s and have worked in an international, multicultural environment, supporting CEOs and C-level executives in particular with AI strategies and the development of future skills.
I currently work as a keynote speaker and executive adviser. In Washington, I act as an adviser to the Diplomatic Courier and the World in 2050 network on the themes of the future of work and AI, and as an active promoter and builder of the AI ecosystem in Miami. I have been involved in setting up several AI and ‘future of work’ initiatives.
