I have more than 25 years of experience in strategic HR management in the packaging and forest industries (Huhtamaki, UPM Raflatac, Loparex), the electronics industry (Murata), IT and technology services (Tieto) and the transport and service sector (VR). In addition to senior HR roles, I have worked as a management consultant (Deloitte) and as a recruitment and executive search consultant.Â
I have a strong, hands-on approach to building and developing teams and organisations, and to change management.
