Tiina Joronen

I have more than 25 years of experience in strategic HR management in the packaging and forest industry (Huhtamaki, UPM Raflatac, Loparex), electronics industry (Murata), IT and technology services (Tieto), and transport and service business (VR). In addition to HR management positions, I have worked as a management consultant (Deloitte), and as a recruitment and direct search consultant. 

I have a strong, hands-on approach to building and developing teams and organisations, and to change management. In recruitment and team building, I ensure that the following three areas of predicting success meet business needs: knowledge and learning, personality and interpersonal skills, and motivation.
