I am an experienced growth entrepreneur, CEO and board professional. I spent most of my career as CEO of Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG), where my team and I built a leading Nordic healthcare analytics and consulting firm from scratch, operating in four countries with more than 200 people. I also have extensive expertise in commercialising university research in advisory, technology and software businesses, particularly in MedTech and healthcare. During my career, I have recruited dozens of management team members and board members for growth companies and carried out board evaluations. In 2024–2025, I have worked as a full-time board professional. As a serial entrepreneur and Certified Board Member (CBM), I put my broad experience at companies’ disposal. I hold a Master of Science in Business and a Doctor of Science in Technology from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University, which has also appointed me Adjunct Professor (Docent) in the management of professional services.
