We are proud to offer comprehensive accounting, payroll and advisory services to a broad client base across a range of industries, with particular expertise in research and development. With demand for our payroll services growing steadily, we are now looking for a driven, authorised payroll consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in further developing our payroll function and contribute to our continued success.

Purpose of the role As an authorised payroll consultant with us, you will ensure the highest quality in the delivery of payroll services to our valued clients. You will play an important part in developing and streamlining our internal processes and will actively contribute to knowledge sharing and to mentoring your colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently managing payroll for your own client portfolio.
• Quality-assuring routines, processes and deliveries across the entire payroll area.
• Mentoring and supporting your colleagues and acting as a knowledge resource for them.
• Proactively contributing to the development and streamlining of our workflows and ways of working.
• Taking part in client meetings where needed, where your expertise is valued – although the role carries no sales responsibility.

Who are you? We are looking for a dependable and competent colleague with a genuine interest in payroll work and development.

Competence requirements:

• You are an authorised payroll consultant (SRF or equivalent).
• You have several years of solid experience in payroll, preferably from an accounting firm.
• You have a good understanding of employment law, tax rules and collective agreements.
• You have experience of software such as Kontek and Fortnox Lön, or a quick ability to get up to speed with new systems.
• You have a proven ability to ensure the quality of your work and actively contribute to the development of processes and routines.
• Experience of clients in the research and development sector and their specific employer contribution rules is a merit.
