IT & Service Manager, C&C Finland Oy
C&C Finland Oy is the largest Apple ecosystem retailer in Finland and the only Apple Premium Partner. We offer hardware, software and peripherals for businesses of all sizes, as well as authorised service for all Apple devices. As part of the international C&C Group, our aim is to strengthen our business sales and become a full-service company. We are now looking for a skilled IT & Service Manager to strengthen our team.
Role and Responsibilities:
As IT & Service Manager, you will be responsible for the company's IT and services, acting as a key link between technology, sales and business. You will lead and direct the work of one IT Support person and our network of IT partners.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing customer services: You will develop and productise solutions for C&C customers in the areas of device management, security and other value-added services in collaboration with the business sales team. You will act as a technical expert for sales in identifying customer needs and defining solutions.
- Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure and security: You will be responsible for the company's IT infrastructure, systems and security, including certifications (Jamf, Simple MDM, Intune, MS 365, Erply), systems maintenance, network design and security assurance (ISMS, NIS2 Directive). You will be responsible for the project management of ISO 27001.
- Partner cooperation: You will work closely with different vendors (e.g. Jamf, Microsoft) and external IT partners.
- Ensuring functionality: You will be responsible for the functionality of terminals, networks, remote connections and the Erply system, acting as Erply's main user and being responsible for integrations.
- Developing stores and our own IT environment: You will ensure the functionality of the stores and your own IT environment, and participate in store transformation and design projects for IT and store technology.
You will act as a member of the steering group and report to Head of Business Simon Koivumaa.
Our expectations from you:
- Education: Technical training suitable for the job.
- Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT systems (hardware and software), their development, integration solutions and databases. Experience of modern ERP and BI reporting systems and working in a client interface.
- Competences: Extensive knowledge of Apple's hardware and systems environment (macOS, iOS, MDM), general technical understanding, MS 365, Google Workspace, ERP and telecoms networking. In particular, security skills (NIS2) and ability to work in a customer-focused manner. Fluency in Finnish and English, oral and written.
- Persona: An honest, analytical, systematic and practical problem solver. You are sales-minded and enjoy working with technology in a variety of ways. Self-motivated, solution-oriented and a development-driven professional who builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.
