In a community where work is done with a big heart – learning from mistakes and growing stronger together.
Could this be the right next step in your career for you?
More about the role
Retta Management's renewed organisation is currently building common operating models. Your input is needed to build a modern, Nordic financial management system based on the principles of sustainable growth. As CFO, you will take responsibility for the operational tasks of financial management, supporting the CFO in the financial management of the group and parent company. Your main tasks will include accounting, reporting and tax matters with the support of your finance partner. You will ensure that financial processes and partner collaboration are working and that the necessary systems are in place. Everything will be handled flawlessly and on time.
It is also important for you to identify development needs and set the direction for automation and digitalisation, also by participating in the development work. As a business developer, you are a true value creator for the business and a facilitator of its day-to-day operations. The CFO role will be one of the key roles in the company - the development of your area of responsibility will be invested in, giving you a real impact on the day-to-day running of the company's business and on financial management practices and reporting.
As this is a new role, your job description is not completely locked in yet. Let's work together to make sure it builds into a whole that inspires you.
Retta Management - your workplace
Retta Management is building the group's next growth platform with the support of Adelis Equity Partners. The company's good reputation, renewed brand and profitable business form a strong foundation for the new strategy. The launch under the new name and brand will take place in Q1/2026.
As the activities expand, Nordic cooperation will be strengthened. Finland and Sweden are building common, modern operating models.
However, the company will retain an operating model where decisions are made where they have an impact. This gives you freedom, responsibility and the opportunity to make decisions. You will collaborate extensively with professionals from different areas of Retta Management.
At Retta Management, we live our everyday lives according to our values. Success together, bold renewal and responsibility are reflected in the way we treat our colleagues, build solutions with our customers and lead change in a human way. In a warm working community, colleagues are cared for. The company has therefore been awarded the Most inspiring workplaces in Finland award.
