Roles and responsibilities
As CEO, you have overall responsibility for Kuluvaaka Oy's business and its development. You will lead the company both strategically and operationally, ensuring the achievement of growth objectives and the continuity of value to customers. In particular, you will emphasise customer partnership and add value to services. You will also aim to increase cross-selling between group companies and build an efficient process to do so. Your role will combine strategic planning, hands-on business management and active client engagement. Kuluvaaka Ltd. will place more emphasis on continuous order-type contract models rather than project-based activities.
You report to the company's principal owner, the CEO of Finanssivaaka Holding Oy Group, and you are a member of the Group Executive Committee. This is a role where you will have a tangible impact on the direction and success of the company.

Your main areas of responsibility
- To increase company value and build Kuluvaaka Oy into an attractive partner for its customers..
- Increase the company's ongoing revenue stream (ARR) and increasingly change the culture from project work to long-term client relationships.
- Turn existing data into a value driver for the business and consider expanding the service offering to sell data to end users.
- To raise the level of expertise in all operations and position Kuluvaaka Oy as a leading expert in its field.
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong will and ability to lead growth. You are an experienced entrepreneurial professional who is passionate about leveraging data and deepening customer relationships.
Education An advanced university degree is desirable, but experience and evidence are the most important. We require fluency in Finnish and English.
Work experience
- You will have a proven track record in a performance management role, but previous CEO experience is not essential.
- An understanding of scaling a data-driven business and the ability to lead an organisation to do so.
- Evidence of business growth in the services business, especially in a B2B environment.
- Experience in developing ongoing customer relationships and increasing ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue).
- Expertise and previous experience in company administration.
- Previous experience in professional organisations, consultancy and/or procurement would be an advantage.

- Strategic vision and ability to manage the business in a financially and operationally balanced way.
- The ability to build and motivate a multidisciplinary team towards common goals.
- Understanding of how to use technology, especially automation and analytics, to develop business.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and a genuine desire to represent the company to stakeholders and customers.
