Board professional, transformation leader, C-level executive
My core expertise lies in leading company-wide change at the intersection of strategy, technology and people: building the workforce’s skills, modernising operating models and creating a people-centred employee experience.
As Chief Human Resources Officer at Tyson Foods, I led the digitalisation and modernisation of a workforce of 140,000. Prior to that, I served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Dow Chemical and was responsible for human resources matters during the $130 billion DowDuPont merger and the subsequent split into three companies.
I serve as a board member at Fortrex and Huhtamäki (HUH1V, Nasdaq Helsinki), and previously served on the board of Neste. I bring to my board work a perspective on growth, corporate restructuring, risk management and good corporate governance.
I have led large-scale artificial intelligence and digitalisation projects across various sectors, delivering strong financial returns.
My ability to influence and foster collaboration in multicultural environments, together with my insightful perspectives and questions that support evidence-based decision-making, have shaped my career and established me as an international thought leader.
